Indian Statistical Institute has extended that last date of application for its Entrance Test 2020 for admission to the two Undergraduate BSc courses. ISI offers premium Bachelor of Statistics (Hons) at Kolkata and Bachelor of Mathematics (Hons) offered at Bengaluru.

Extended dates

Last date to apply online : 16 March 2020 (extended from 6 March 2020)

Last date of application fee payment : 20 March 2020 (earlier it was 10 March 2020)

Date of ISI entrance test : 10 May 2020 (no change)

Selection procedure : Selection of candidates is based on merit as judged by their performance in written tests and interviews conducted by ISI. Past academic record may also be taken into consideration.

Stipend : Rs.5,000/- per month. Plus another Rs.5,000/- per year as contingency/books grant. Stipends are granted in the first instance for one semester only. They are renewed periodically if the progress of the student is found satisfactory.

Students leaving ISI in the middle of a programme have to refund the stipend / contingency grant received, if any.

No tuition fee : Non-sponsored candidates are not required to pay any tuition fee for any of the programmes.
